STRATEGIC has client‐focused teams for each project with direct involvement in all projects. In all our projects we ensure the project members have face‐to‐face executive briefings, well trained team leaders and enforce high standards of work. On every assignment a supervisor is appointed among the field team members who keeps track of their activities and ensures that the daily assignments have been accomplished. The executive in charge of projects coordinates all the field members and conducts regular physical checks to identify areas of need and rectifies accordingly.
Our teams are categorized according to the functions they have to perform, they report to the office with feedback on the days’ activities and weekly meetings held to come up with new ways of tackling assignments.
